Cancer Research Frontiers is an independent organization and holds no affiliations with any funding organizations. It has been financially supported and owned by World Biomedical Frontiers, LLC and it doesn’t accept advertisement now. It is dedicated to providing immediate, permanent barrier-free open access to all its research content for any internet user in the world.
The cost of peer reviewing, editing, publishing, archiving, and hosting and maintaining on-line access to articles is not recouped through subscription charges. Thus, publication fee of US$500 is applied to Research articles, Reviews and Case Report (rate from Jan 2016). The charge is a flat, single charge, and no additional costs are assessed. There is no fee for authors of invited Perspectives, Editorials and Commentaries.
Compared with charges other publishers make, our article-processing charge is very reasonable and is amongst the lowest of any publisher offering open access publication. See the APC comparison table.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
1. Credit card payment or PayPal can be made online using a secure payment form as soon as the manuscript has been accepted. Upon payment online with a credit card, a receipt will be sent by email to the payer when payment has been processed. We advise prompt payment since the article will not be published until payment is received.
2. Payments can be remitted through wire transfer, by check, or money order in US dollars payable to “Cancer Research Frontiers“. We require that payment be received within 30 days of the manuscript having received editorial acceptance.
An invoice or a confirmation of payment is available on request.
We routinely waive charges for authors from low-income countries. For other countries, we waive article-processing charges or grant discounts on a case-by-case basis to authors with insufficient funds; authors may request a waiver or discount during the submission process.
